Is 5G supported?
Operators are listed with 4G / 5G, but not every country or operator has 5G. Each plan's networks show them by country.
What happens when the data runs out?
Every plan here drops to 384 Kbps after the allowance, which is enough for messaging but not for video. The validity period still applies.
When does the validity start?
It starts when the eSIM first connects to a network, not when you buy it and not when you install it.
Can I install the same eSIM on a second phone?
No. Each QR code installs once. If you delete the eSIM or reset the phone, it can't be installed again, and once it has connected to a network it can't be refunded. Install it on the phone you're travelling with.
Can I top up data or extend validity?
It depends on the plan: some can add data within the current validity, some can add days, and some can't be topped up. The plan shows which before you buy. To top up, open the eSIM in My eSIMs or on its order page and choose an option; it goes onto the same eSIM, so there's nothing new to install. If no options are shown, buy a new plan.
