Delivery policy

1. Everything is delivered electronically #

Simvito sells eSIM profiles. There is no physical product, nothing is posted, and no shipping address or shipping fee is involved anywhere in the order.

Your order is delivered as an email containing a QR code, a manual installation code as a fallback, and step-by-step instructions.

2. When it arrives #

Normally within 5 minutes of a successful payment, to the email address you entered at checkout.

In rare cases provisioning takes longer. If your eSIM hasn't arrived within 30 minutes, contact us.

3. If it has not arrived #

Check the spam or promotions folder first — automated email with a QR code attached is a common false positive.

Then write to support@simvito.com with the order number or the email address you paid with. We resend immediately at no charge, to a corrected address if the original had a typo.

If we cannot deliver a working eSIM at all, you receive a full refund under the refund policy.

4. Check the validity start before installing #

Installation requires a stable internet connection. Check the validity start on your plan and order before travelling, and arrange Wi-Fi for installation.

Plans that start on first connection can be installed ahead with the line switched off. If validity starts on installation, install at your destination when you are ready to use it. Plans that start on purchase count down immediately.

5. One installation per code #

Each QR code can be installed once. If you erase the phone, change device, or delete the profile, the code cannot be used again.

Keep the delivery email until your trip is over. If you need the plan on a different phone, you will need to buy a new one.

6. Delivery costs #

None. Electronic delivery is included in the price shown at checkout, and there are no customs charges, duties or handling fees, because nothing crosses a border physically.
